Receptionist

Nat is a receptionist at Smiles HQ and is often the first point of contact for patients, helping with appointment scheduling, check-ins and general support. She began her dental career as a trainee dental assistant in 2008 and has nearly 20 years of experience across a variety of roles, including dental assisting, reception and practice management. Nat enjoys building rapport with patients and takes pride in helping people feel comfortable and welcome, especially those who feel nervous about attending dental appointments. She also loves being part of a team that supports patients through their treatment journey, and finds it rewarding to see the confidence patients gain after completing complex dental care.

Outside of the practice, she enjoys going to the beach, cooking and reading.
