Natalie is one of the welcoming faces at SmilesHQ and is often the first person our patients connect with. From coordinating appointments and managing check-ins to providing day-to-day support, she plays an important role in ensuring every visit feels organised, smooth and stress-free.

Beginning her dental career as a trainee dental assistant in 2008, Natalie brings nearly two decades of experience across dental assisting, reception and practice management. Her broad knowledge of both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry allows her to confidently support patients at every stage of their treatment journey.

Natalie has a natural ability to build genuine rapport and takes great pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Particularly those who may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see the transformation in patients’ confidence after completing complex dental treatment and loves being part of a team that makes that possible.

Outside of SmilesHQ, Natalie enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking for family and friends, and relaxing with a good book.
