To ensure your appointment flows smoothly and respects your time, we will send you secure digital new patient forms to complete prior to your arrival.

What to bring:

- Any recent dental radiographs (X-rays) taken within the last 12 months

- Referral letters from other health practitioners (if applicable)

- Your private health fund card to utilise our convenient on-site HICAPS processing

Professional Dental Hygiene Care

Please note: If our assessment reveals that you require more complex or therapeutic periodontal (gum) management, we will discuss this openly and schedule a dedicated hygiene appointment tailored specifically to those therapeutic needs.
