Dental Assistant

Bella-Rose joined the Smiles HQ team in 2025 and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental visits. As a dental assistant, she assists the dentists during procedures, prepares treatment rooms, maintains strict sterilisation protocols and helps create a positive experience for every patient.

Bella-Rose completed her training through a Certificate III traineeship with MEGT and entered dentistry as a pathway into the healthcare field. She enjoys the hands-on nature of her role and takes pride in helping procedures run smoothly while supporting patients who may feel nervous or anxious about dental treatment.

One of Bella-Rose's favourite aspects of working at Smiles HQ is being part of a supportive team that is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. She enjoys helping patients feel safe, cared for and confident when they leave the practice.

Outside of work, Bella-Rose enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. You'll often find her at the gym, relaxing at the beach, camping or catching up with friends. In fact, she's dedicated to her fitness routine and enjoys starting her day with a 5am gym session. A fun fact about Bella-Rose is that she was a competitive dancer for nine years.
