Lisa is often the first warm smile patients see when they walk through our doors at SmilesHQ. Since joining the team in January 2024, she has played a key role in creating a welcoming, calm, and positive experience for every patient.

With her extensive background in dental and leadership roles with 25 years experience in dental, Lisa has now stepped into the position of Assistant Manager, working closely alongside Mariah to support the overall operations of the practice and ensure our front-office systems run smoothly and efficiently.

What truly sets Lisa apart is her passion for people. Known for her infectious laugh and vibrant personality, she has a natural ability to make patients feel at ease—often sharing a joke or light-hearted conversation to create a relaxed environment. Her favourite part of being at SmilesHQ is helping patients overcome their dental fears and supporting their journey towards healthier smiles and renewed confidence.

In her expanded role, Lisa continues to be a trusted, cheerful presence for both patients and team members—now contributing not just to day-to-day care, but also to shaping the supportive culture we pride ourselves on at SmilesHQ.

of her professional life, Lisa enjoys unwinding in her spa and catching up on the latest TV series. She maintains an active lifestyle, often participating in boot camps—except for doing burpees! 

Lisa's unique ability to fall asleep anywhere, even during the most unlikely situations like getting a tattoo or donating blood, always brings a chuckle to those who know her. This quirky trait, paired with her vibrant personality, makes her a beloved member of our team.
