Dental Assistant

With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, a calm presence and a true passion for patient care to every appointment. Her quiet, steady demeanour helps create a peaceful space for patients, and her years of chairside assisting and sterilisation expertise keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Michelle completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2007, followed by a Certificate IV in Radiography in 2009. Over the years, she’s worked across many areas of dentistry, including a decade with Hunter New England Health.

For Michelle, the most rewarding part of the job is witnessing the boost in confidence that quality dental care can bring, especially through cosmetic treatments. She’s constantly inspired by the ever-evolving nature of dentistry—there’s always something new to learn, and she embraces it wholeheartedly.

Outside of work, Michelle recharges in nature. She loves hiking, chasing waterfalls and tending to her beloved garden. And while she’s usually calm and quiet, she’s not shy about grabbing the mic for a bit of karaoke fun!
