Olivia is a dedicated dental assistant at SmilesHQ who is passionate about helping patients feel calm, comfortable and supported during their dental visits. With a caring and reassuring approach, Olivia helps create a positive experience for patients, particularly those who may feel anxious about dental procedures. She also enjoys working collaboratively with the dental team to help appointments run smoothly and efficiently.

Olivia completed her Certificate III through online study while gaining hands-on experience at Nib Dental Care. She has worked in the dental industry since 2020 and joined SmilesHQ in 2026.

What Olivia enjoys most about her role is supporting patients throughout their treatment and assisting the dentists in delivering high-quality care. Her interest in the medical field inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry, and she finds the work both meaningful and rewarding.

Outside of the practice, Olivia enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time at the beach. She also used to sing and loves exploring new countries whenever she has the opportunity. A fun fact about Olivia is that she is the youngest of three sisters.
